Natural Skin Care Tips

Skin care is very essential for all. Not just as a reflection of beauty but for the health reasons maintaining skin is very essential. If we go for crash diets, our skin would become so dull, similarly eating good foods, fruits and exercise will make our skin glow.

Therefore our body condition is reflected on the skin. Skin care is so simple if followed as a routine. Looking at the ingredients list in cosmetics sometimes makes us scary of those chemical and parabens list.

I follow natural ingredients mostly and my skin texture has improved very well. I do this almost every day, my family follows these too. I would like to share these awesome simple steps with you all.

First thing in the morning:

After getting up in the morning, look at the mirror and feel happy for yourself, thank god for the beautiful day. Now take a spoon of sesame oil and rub it on the palm. Now apply the oil on face neck and massage gently for 5 minutes. Leave it as such continue doing all your work till you go to the shower.


Cleansing & moisturizing:


1 teaspoon of Gram Flour and 1 teaspoon of green gram flour with some luke warm water scrub gently and wash off the oil. Do not use hot water for bathing, just use luke warm water. Similarly add a teaspoon of coconut oil in the water used for bathing this will help keeping skin sooth and supple.

Protect from Sun:

To protect skin from sun, always use hat, cap or umbrella whenever you are out. When driving a helmet when driving two wheeler. This itself will prevent ourselves from tan. Use kumkumadi thailam (an oil we get in ayurveda shops). After sun exposure use this oil for massage and wash off using turmeric to remove tan if any. Applying Vicco Turmeric Cream too helps moisturize skin and prevent tan.

Deep Cleansing:

Once in 2 days use sour curd one teaspoon and 1 teaspoon lemon mix this with gram flour to make a smooth paste. Apply for 15 minutes and wash off to get a super clean skin.

To keep wrinkles at bay:

Add teaspoon of tomato juice with seeds, now grind sandal wood using tomato juice by crushing seeds of tomato. This paste whenever applied to skin will remove wrinkles and make skin tight. Also large pores get reduced in size. This is very effective only when done fresh.

Skin tightening and open pores reduction:

Every week use multani mittl with curd whey to make a pack and apply on face. Let it dry completely and wash off. While washing off wet skin and the tightened pack will become free, keep splashing water on face and the multani mitti (fullers earth) will wash off. Then massage slowly to remove left over traces to get a smooth supple skin.

Other general things for a healthy skin:

Always eat fresh fruits, vegetables and a balanced diet.
Avoid too much of sugar and salt consumption.
Drink luke warm water in empty stomach.
Have fiber rich food to have regular bowel movements.
Exercise 20 minutes a day.
Practice breathing exercise for oxygen boost up.
Stay relaxed and practice good habits.

  1. Hi! I am sharing about my skin problem, before few months my skin is full of wrinkle and nobody could stop this, but thanks to klinik esthetika which can stop my wrinkle due to skin tightening .
